I asked for a refund and to cancel my order- and he said he couldnt do anything to cancel the order UNTIL IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. I ask why it wasnt shipped yet and why the groupon page says delivered within 12 business days, he says that it is standard for it to take longer and there is nothing that can be done about it. Sorry, try calling Monday (another 3 business days, that is two husiness days after their quoted delivered by time) He comes back with the response 'We don't know why it hasn't shipped yet. I get a hold of a customer service rep and he 'looks into it'. Groupon has my product status as 'Shipped via processing' and 'Awaiting fulfillment'. I ordered a refurbished Lenovo Ultrabook from them over two weeks ago. About 90% of everything I have ever ordered from them has taken at least a business week longer than theor quoted 'Delivered within 12 days' lie they have on each groupon page. It isnt uncommon for items to take weeks to arrive. It is not unknown to most that Groupon is NOTORIOUS for really taking their time in shipping goods.
